Everything was great. But the shuttle needs a serious cleaning. Couldn’t believe they let customers ride in a dirty and dusty shuttle. It was filthy on the inside with dust caked up all over the dash and dirt and grass on the floor.
I brought my 2015 in for a Crash Avoidance telling me it needed service. They replaced a module. It failed before I got out of the parking lot. The new module was bad. They replaced again, and everything works fine. It took an extra day, but it isn't Huffines' fault because a new GM replacement module was bad. I'm satisfied!
Service rep went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He had my battery checked and determined it to be weak, brought me filters to show they needed changing and many other things he showed me and discussed with me without being pushy.
I would l like to say my service advisor Mike Buckner did an excellent job of going above & beyond what was asked of him. I had asked about replacing the dash ob my avalanche because of a crack & he plus his manager reached out to GM and was able to get them to cover half the cost of the repair if though it was not something under warranty.
