Dealership don't care to communicate once they have your money.
Nothing but a bunch of run around with no solid answers from staff.
Would have never bought from them if I would have known this.
Poor customer service. Horrible experience.
I was initially happy with the dealership because they identified my problem was associated with a factory recall issue. When I got my car back my remote start was no longer working and it had a bad sensor. I paid two hundred dollars to have my sensor fixed but my remote start was never addressed.
Mike was very knowledgeable, helpful and the car really appreciated the trans fluid change, was acting weird occasionally, every 700 or 800 Miles of driving there would be a hiccup- had dawned on me the last trans fluid change was at 77,300 MI so now at 106k was time again! He knew what to do, car is happy- I'm happy with the service- very professional- If you guys have a 2014 Black Impala LTZ trade in, let me know! Scotty Martin 225-678-2029
