Skip was amazing and was quick to show us the vehicle we were inquiring about as well as features we didnt know it had. He took care of booking our upgrades to be installed and lined us up with a loaner car. Even though we were already familiar with the dealership he made sure we knew where to get parts and service for future needs. The hospitality was outstanding for the receptionist that changed the tv channel for my 3 kids, the salesman that offered them snacks and drinks, and everyone's patience. This is the 2nd car we have purchased here and plan to return again in the future. We have already passed on Skip's name and business card to neighbors looking to buy! Thanks again!
It was generally a good experience and I appreciated the frank and thoughtful conversations in regard to negotiations. We didn't waste a lot of time and Scott Spiegel was great to work with.I gave a score of 8 only because nothing is ever perfect!
I have been a customer for years. While I have and will continue to recommend Huffines I was not particularly satisfied with my most recent experience. Chris is absolutely wonderful and this is not a reflection on him or perhpas even the service department but maybe more a GM issue . . . my check engine light has blinked on and off at times and nothing registers by the time I get it to you. Check engine light comes on and stays on this time and computer tells you what's wrong but it still cannot be fixed because the problem can't be recreated while it's in the shop. So now I have to hope that when and if it happens again I can get it to you immediately and it will still be occuring when I get there. Very frustrating and extremely inconvenient. What is the point of the computer telling you that coil 5 is misfiring (which I just had replaced in December) if you can't fix it?
