Until this last service appointment, I would have. My Tahoe had AC serviced and a $100 detail. Someone reset my odometer for no reason so now I don't know when to change my oil! My house key, grocery rewards card and other were removed from my key chain and never returned! My detail was terrible...visible dirt and debris all over floor boards and leather seats weren't even wiped down! I contacted service rep Kelly Moon 2x to bearing all of this to his attention - never even received a response! Kelly also attempted to collect a deductible for my AC service for which mine is $0...turned out he was handing me another customer's invoice! Pathetic.
Misquoted and still charged a diagnostic fee.
Ridiculous hourly rate of $135 for a 5 hour job that only took 1 hour.
Offered a loaner car on the day of the original quote was done, but told an appointment needs to be made 1 week in advance to get a loaner.
Jeff Reed did an amazing job! I was very satisfied with his professional customer service, and keeping me updated at all times. I'm happy in my heart that everything worked out and my car looks perfect!
