I had to leave my car for 10 days, nobody said anything about rentals which is terrible customer service: especially if a whole fleet of unused rentals is available. This dealership has a massive rat infestation. When I got my car back, there was rat feces and urine all over my trunk, back seat, floor of the back seat, and floor of the passenger's side floor. I had to vacuum the feces out and try my best to disinfect MY 2 YEAR OLD'S car seat and pray he doesn't catch anything. Now I need to go take it in somewhere and have it cleaned out and disinfected. I would like to know if this company is responsible enough to pay for that service and the dry cleaning service for the two jackets I left in my car that had more urine and feces all over it and inside of it. If I would have known about the infestation I would have kept my car at home where there is no rat infestation. There is no way these employees don't know about the horrible infestation of their dealership and maintenance bays. Next, the service guys left SOMEONE ELSE'S set of keys in my car and only gave the option to have me take time out of my WORK DAY to come bring the keys back, which made me late for work this morning. This has been an awful experience and I need to make sure others know about the infestation via google reviews, yelp and Facebook so it doesn't happen to their cars. I was disappointed that after making an on line appointment it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get oil changed. It seems kind of pointless to make appointment if it is going to take that long. Was told 1 hour when I got there and expected that.

Fast and very professional. My regular contact at Huffiones has resigned, but I found his replacement just as caring and capable. I didn't have an appointment, biut IO was still treated to the quick service and my repair was copmpleted and I was on my way with only a short wait. Thank you Sam. I will be back.

This is now the second time I have visited with this particular vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was not completed. I marked the rim of a wheel with a sharpie with a symbol to see if the wheels were moved. They were not rotated. But the service advisor had enough time to recommend new tires and other services! Why would I even consider spending more money with this dealership if they are unable to perform the work I just paid them for? I am trading both my Equinox and Colorado in on new Chevrolet vehicles in Q1 2020. I can absolutely guarantee that I WILL NOT purchase them from any Huffines franchise.
