I really don't like prolonged negotiations. I usually am prepared with as much information about my trade's value and how much the car I am buying is worth. The sales personnel at Huffines understood and made this an easier transaction.
I made an appt. for 10:15 a.m. on 11/24, and arrived by 10:10, the appointment line was backed up out of the service door, after vehicles were moved, it took almost an hour to do a simple oil, filter change, after paperwork was done and it left the service line ( makes me wonder why I made an appt.) Oh I know they also do other inspections, but I still think an hour is to long for this service.
I filled out a survey at the dealership. You called me to answer a survey. Now you have emailed me a survey. This was an oil change and tire rotation before we were due for a change. Please stop the surveys.
I was very pleased with my experience with Huffines. From my initial email inquiry, to stepping foot in the dealership to finalize paperwork, I was pleased with the responsiveness, courtesy, and great customer service provided by the Huffines team - Michael Moss in particular. While there were some bumps in the road along the way to closing, the reason I rated Huffines so highly - and what really speaks to me - was their ability to "make things right" and address any misunderstandings. To me, that is the greatest mark of a company that values its customers. I would definitely recommend Huffines to anyone looking for purchase a vehicle!
