Dealership got the new 2021 Camaro from another dealer and got it here quickly and delivered it sooner than my expectations. Trade in value for my 2027 Camaro was reasonable. All in all, a quick and easy experience that ties in well with my 30+ years of corporate marketing at Bell Helicopter.
Two Service Advisors sat at their desk and ignored me while I stood there in front of them waiting to be helped. A third Service Advisor walked directly in front of me and noticed I was standing there with keys and oil change coupon in hand and also completely ignored me. After standing there for 5-10 minutes I noticed the TV with the names of the Service Advisor that was assigned to me and that was the one that walked by in front of me and completely ignored me the first time to sit at his desk. Eventually was able to be served and got my oil change completed. Everything else went fine. Just unfortunate to be standing there and ignored by 3 people.

Our salesmen Michael Moss was super friendly and helpful. He was funny and even joked around with our kids. He treated us with respect and helped us get our Traverse. We went to other dealerships and our experiences weren't good. Michael Moss made the car buying experience great.
I initially took my vehicle in for a fuel related issue to where they had to drop the rear end to fix the issue, when I picked up the vehicle I took it home and my husband noticed a noise coming from the back so we took a vehicle back 3 days later they said it was a wheel bearing that had went out.We pick the vehicle up again and when I left the dealership there was a thumping when I applied the brakes and so I turned around and took the car back and it is currently in your shop being investigated as to why I���m having brake issues when I did not have issues when I drop the car off I am still waiting to hear back . Every time I picked up my car I have had to take it right back for other issues I did not have before I dropped the car off.
Well received at appointment time for LOF, state inspection and new battery. All ok, but in checking oil fill level the next day - I find it over filled by about a quart. I don't currently have the time to schedule a return to have it corrected. I have mentioned this overfilling problem in past visits --- I don,t understand not checking the oil level before starting the engine when doing an oil and filter change and checking for leaks.
