Mike McCarty who handles oil service does an excellent job each & every time I’m at the dealership! Diane the cashier is another excellent associate who does an excellent job on every occasion I’ve been there!! Two excellent associates!!
Most of my experience with the service department was excellent. The only issue I have is with the online appointment scheduling. Most people will use the online service for convenience and expect the information to be read. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I added to the comment section a request for a loner vehicle if my repair was going to take more than 2 hours. According to the Sale Service person that information was not on their computer and when you schedule online the comment info is not read. That was very disappointing. Why have this convenience if it is not going to be read!. I was in a situation that I had no other transportation available to me and needed this loner. Happily, the administrative assistant had just received a return loner and was able to give it to me. I want to thank both of those two people who were very helpful. Like I stated before the online scheduling process needs to be revised.
Overall it's great. I bought my car that I love there but the service department is sketchy with the pricing. I was quoted a certain price on tires and expected to pay that price, but i then found a lower price somewhere else (which you did price match) so i expected that price to drop. For some odd reason it went up a bit PLUS i was told over the phone that i needed 4 new tire lugs at about $6-8 each. I lost my wheel lock key so I understood that they needed to be broke off and fixed. But when I pay my bill it says $12 each which is almost the same price as a new set of wheel locks at autozone. By that time i have no choice but to pay the bill if I want to get my car. I will take my car if it needs a chevy professional to work on it but i will NOT take it for basic service. I will find somewhere else that wont add extra charges when I'm told a lower price to begin with.

Kelly in the service department went out of his way to make a very stressful day a much easier one. He was very helpful, kind, and professional. I really appreciated his help. He is definately someone I would want to deal with again next time I'm there.
