Best part of having my truck serviced here is the person that makes it worth while, Kelly Moon. He's always been a five star type guy you can count on and who's character, has been above reproach, and help, admirable. Over the 9 years and two trucks I've purchased at Huffines Lewisville, Kelly has taken of my service needs. If it wasn't for him and how professional he's performed, I'd gone elsewhere. I've given four stars due to past experiences on multiple occasions, the tech servicing my truck treated it carelessly and I found my compartments had been gone through and items in my glove box would be scattered on the floor. If not for this and one of the service managers dismissing as though it was nothing. One of the techs driving my truck into the bay area and smashed my passenger side mirror against the wall, knocking lose the outer panel, but no big deal right, according to him these things happen, then he walked off.

Timing was great in and out for the one day I had off.

Everyone was really nice and the service manager assigned to me is someone who i deal with alot and really explains everything in detail so there is no misunderstanding about what needs to be done and what was done.

it was just an oil change. called Sam to setup the appointment. they had her ready in a short time.

I came in for a check engine light, I was told my car would need to stay at dealer 24-48 hours. Inconvenient but ok. I was told I’d be called and texted. Never heard from anyone. I called, texted and emailed the info given to me. No response. I received an email with recommendations- not in the least bit related to the engine and still no call, text or email explaining. I had to call the dealer after 48 hours and even they said it was weird- had to call the tech and then could explain to me issue. Not the experience I expect from GM.
