Booked an appointment for tires online. Clicked Tire Department, find tires, selected tires which took me to additional services page. Road Hazzard Protection 36 months was listed at $0. Checked the box and the amount remained at $0 and did not change the total amount. Had tires replaced with no mention of additional fee for Road Hazard Protection. Only when I asked was I told that it would be $55 per tire though it shows $0 online (screen shot available). Would have gone elsewhere had I known Road Hazzard Protection was not included. Appears to be deceptive pricing.

First of all, let me say that Mike Ohaneian was my service advisor. He was one of those guys that made. You feel very comfortable like he knew you before you even got there who finds has always been a great place for service and buying new trucks. Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle and I will go nowhere else but there.

Huffines had the truck I was looking for. Although I live over 2 hrs away. So I had a local dealer to do a dealer trade and get the truck of choice. After waiting for 2 days I was told truck was under contract or something they could not get it. So I went on my own and called Michael Moss with Huffines, he was very helpful, I gave him the info on the truck and within 15 minutes, he was sending me pics of My Truck. The other Chevy dealer just wanted to find me a different truck, NOT what I wanted, I just glad I called Michael Moss and didn't settle for a different choice.

The service people should get 5 stars. Great, helpful. However the service cashiers were super rude. How dare I pay my bill and ruin her phone time. The other cashiers just ignored me. And i was the only one in there.
