Overall, my experience wasn't bad, but it was not great either. When I arrived, it took 15 minutes for someone to greet me to ask what services I was needing, as there was a car inside the service garage where I could not pull in. I did have an appointment scheduled, but still could not get into an area where I could be seen. At the end of my service, my charges were not explained to me at all, and it was not seen that I was supposed to have free oil changes for three years as we just bough my vehicle last April. It then took an extra 20 minutes to have these charges figured out and redone. I understand wanting to get people in and out as fast as possible, but I would still like the charges to have been gone over with me, not just the vehicle details.

He did a fantastic job at every step of the process, from the day I walked in to the day after, when I asked for my tints to be darker. I would highly recommend Chris to family and friends!
